OpenPitch is a curated directory and discovery platform connecting people building brands with freelancers, independent creatives, studios, agencies and content creators.
People can explore profiles through search, categories, creative expertise, reference brands, the Daily Ten, the Leaderboard and %Finder. Creative businesses can present their work, understand %Discovery and use optional Boosts for additional clearly labelled paid visibility.
OpenPitch is designed to keep organic discovery moving: verified organic click allocations create room for other eligible creative partners to be seen.
OpenPitch is open to freelancers, independent creatives, studios, agencies and content creators. You do not need to be a large or established agency to apply.
Every new application is reviewed by a person before it can be accepted. The review focuses on the quality, relevance and presentation of the work, not the size of the team.
Human review is a decision about suitability for inclusion. It is not accreditation, an ownership check, legal due diligence or a guarantee of future services, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Yes. Agencies can join through the free Listed plan. Optional paid plans provide additional profile, discovery and Boost benefits. The current comparison is available on the Plans page.

No. OpenPitch does not take commission from projects agreed between an Agency and a client.
Any OpenPitch subscription or Boost fees are separate from the money an Agency earns from its work.

OpenPitch may create profiles using information supplied by Agencies, authorised third parties or suitable publicly available sources.
An unclaimed profile does not mean that the owner has approved or endorsed the listing, or that the Agency has an established commercial relationship with OpenPitch. Claiming and ownership verification are separate from human inclusion review.
A claimed profile lets an authorised representative edit eligible profile information, manage the logo and portfolio, review %Discovery, monitor verified organic clicks and its current allocation, and view referral activity.
It also provides access to the tracked profile link, plan management, eligible Boost credits and separate Boost impressions and clicks. Available controls depend on the current plan.
Depending on the current plan, a creative profile may be able to manage its name, logo, description and point of view, location, categories, creative expertise, website, social links, reference brands, portfolio images and relevant profile status.
Available fields and limits vary by plan; the Plans page shows current entitlements. You must have permission to publish every name, logo, image, project, client reference or other material you add.
Verification confirms a specific point, such as control of an account, work email or Agency website.
It is not a blanket endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of the Agency’s services.
%Discovery is a profile’s relative likelihood of appearing across OpenPitch’s eligible organic discovery areas compared with other eligible profiles at that time. Eligible areas can include the Directory, Daily Ten, Leaderboard, %Finder, relevant search results and relevant category or expertise results.
It gives a clearer indication of a profile’s current opportunity to be seen by people actively searching for a creative partner. It is relative rather than fixed: eligibility, profile or performance changes, and changes in other eligible profiles can all move it.
%Discovery is not a quality score, guaranteed probability or promise of appearances, views, clicks, enquiries or projects. Paid Boost placements are calculated and reported separately.
%Discovery is dynamic because it compares a profile’s current eligible opportunity with that of other eligible profiles. Relevance, eligibility, profile freshness and completeness, categories and expertise, reference-brand matches, eligible engagement, verified organic clicks, genuine tracked referrals, recent eligible organic performance and current plan weighting may all be relevant.
A profile’s relative position can move when other profiles change, an allocation is reached or reset, or platform activity changes. The exact calculation is not published.
Keep your profile accurate, complete and current. Describe capabilities clearly, choose relevant categories and expertise, add appropriate reference brands and present strong work using the features available to your plan.
You can share your tracked OpenPitch profile link with a genuine audience; eligible referral activity may contribute to organic performance. A plan may include additional discovery weighting, as shown on the Plans page, but a Boost is not a way to improve organic %Discovery.
No action guarantees a higher %Discovery or a commercial outcome. Artificial, automated, purchased, misleading or manipulated activity does not count and may result in restrictions.
While eligible for general discovery, a profile may appear in the Directory, Daily Ten, Leaderboard, %Finder, relevant search results and relevant category or expertise pages. Paid placements may also appear in designated homepage and directory areas, separately and clearly labelled “Boosted”.
If a profile reaches its applicable verified organic click allocation, it may rotate out of general organic discovery for the current period. Its public profile can remain available through its direct URL, a name search, Saved items and Shortlists.
A verified organic click is an eligible click from OpenPitch to a creative partner’s external website that has passed the platform’s existing validity checks.
OpenPitch filters repeated, automated, purchased, artificial or otherwise suspicious activity. Only eligible activity can contribute to organic performance and the applicable click allocation.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of verified organic clicks. This determines how much eligible organic interest an Agency can receive through general discovery during that cycle. Current allowances are shown below and on the Plans page.

When a profile reaches its applicable verified organic click allocation, it temporarily rotates out of general organic discovery until the next applicable cycle begins or another eligibility rule applies. It may leave the Daily Ten, Leaderboard, general Directory browsing, %Finder, general category and expertise results, and non-name search results.
The public profile can remain available through its direct URL, a direct search for its name, Saved items and Shortlists. A profile may still use a paid Boost after rotation; that remains a separate placement labelled “Boosted” and does not restore organic ranking.
The same Agencies remain eligible, so visibility can stay concentrated.
Agencies reaching their monthly verified organic click allowance rotate out of general discovery, creating more relative opportunity for eligible Agencies remaining.
Illustrative example only. Actual %Discovery varies with relevance, plan benefits, eligibility and platform activity.
In a conventional directory, the same highly visible profiles can continue accumulating attention indefinitely. OpenPitch uses click allocations so a profile that has received its applicable allocation of eligible attention can rotate out of general organic discovery and make room for other eligible profiles.
Rotation can affect the Daily Ten, Leaderboard, general browsing, %Finder and general category or expertise results, while a direct name search, profile URL, Saved item or Shortlist can still provide access. Allocations do not guarantee that every profile receives the same number of appearances, clicks, enquiries or projects: relevance, eligibility, plan benefits and platform activity still affect opportunity.
A tracked OpenPitch referral link lets a profile owner share its public profile with a genuine audience through a website, social media, email or another legitimate channel. A recipient must follow the valid tracked link; copying it or opening a share menu does not itself count.
Visits attributed through the link may contribute to eligible organic performance, but do not represent a verified lead or project. Repeated, automated, purchased or suspicious activity is filtered and removed.
No. Repeated self-clicking, bots, scripts, click farms, purchased traffic, misleading incentives and coordinated artificial activity are prohibited. OpenPitch may filter or remove invalid activity, recalculate metrics, restrict features or suspend accounts where manipulation is reasonably suspected.
Paid plans may include a larger verified organic click allocation, additional profile features, included Boost credits and, where specified by the current methodology, additional discovery weighting. Current benefits for Listed, Starter, Growth and Scale are shown on the Plans page.
Plan benefits do not guarantee appearances, clicks, enquiries or projects. Purchasing a plan or Boost does not buy a higher organic Leaderboard score.

A Boost credit activates additional paid visibility for a profile. A standard Boost runs for 24 hours and enters the profile into the active weighted Boost pool across designated OpenPitch placements.
Using more credits gives the active Boost a greater share of that pool and therefore more opportunity to be selected. Every placement is labelled “Boosted”; Boost activity is reported separately and does not become part of organic ranking.
Organic discovery is based on normal OpenPitch relevance, eligibility and the current discovery methodology, including the Directory, Daily Ten, Leaderboard, %Finder and relevant search results.
A Boost is an optional paid placement activated with Boost credits through a separate weighted pool. Every resulting placement is labelled “Boosted”, and its impressions and clicks are tracked separately. A Boost does not buy a higher organic Leaderboard position.
When activating a Boost, choose how many available Boost credits to use. The profile then enters the active weighted pool for 24 hours.
Its opportunity to be selected is based on its share of that pool. For example, using 5 credits in a pool containing 100 credits gives approximately 5% of the weighting for each eligible selection. This is a weighting, not a guarantee of impressions, clicks, enquiries or projects, and the pool changes as Boosts start and complete.
The process is: choose credits, activate for 24 hours, enter the weighted pool across eligible placements, then track Boost impressions and clicks separately in the dashboard.
Boosted profiles may appear in designated paid areas on the homepage and relevant directory or listing pages. Placement availability can change as OpenPitch develops.
Homepage Boosted selections are drawn from the active weighted pool. Where a Top Five Boost section is shown, it reflects profiles with the highest current active Boost weight; it is not an organic ranking or recommendation. Every paid placement remains clearly labelled “Boosted”.
Yes. A profile can use or purchase a Boost after reaching its verified organic click allocation, subject to the current account and payment rules.
The resulting appearance remains a separate, clearly labelled paid placement. It does not restore the profile to general organic discovery or alter its organic Leaderboard score.
No. A Boost increases a profile’s opportunity to be selected for eligible paid placements, but it does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks, enquiries or projects.
Results depend on the active pool, credits used, visitor activity, the profile and other factors.
The Listed, Starter, Growth and Scale plans can include different verified organic click allocations, discovery-weighting benefits, included Boost credits, additional-credit discounts, profile fields, portfolio-image allowances, social links and category or discipline limits. The billing period and cancellation terms are shown with the current plan details.
Prices, quantities, discounts, entitlements and any current weighting benefits are drawn from the live Plans page. Visit it for the latest comparison rather than relying on an older Help summary.

Yes, where additional credits are available. Included plan credits are granted according to the current plan, while separately purchased credits are one-time purchases and do not replenish automatically. The checkout shows the current price, applicable plan discount and final amount before payment.
Yes. An Agency can cancel through its billing controls or contact admin@openpit.ch.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Terms of Use for the current billing terms.
The dashboard gives an authorised representative a practical overview of profile views where supported, %Discovery, referral visits, verified organic clicks, remaining click allocation and current discovery eligibility.
It also shows the current plan, included and purchased Boost credits, active or scheduled Boosts, Boost impressions and Boost clicks, plus profile, logo and portfolio management and relevant notifications or improvement guidance.
Organic metrics, referral activity and Boosted metrics are shown separately. Boost activity is not combined with organic ranking statistics.
No. OpenPitch provides discovery and visibility tools. It cannot guarantee that an Agency will be viewed, contacted, shortlisted or appointed.
The quality and relevance of the work and the client’s requirements remain important.
Claimed profiles can be updated through the Agency dashboard.

OpenPitch helps people discover independent creative Agencies, compare their work, save promising options and build a considered Shortlist.

Yes. Browsing, searching and viewing public Agency profiles is free.
A free discovery account is required to save Agencies, create a Shortlist and keep private notes.
Choose “Find an Agency” if you are looking for a creative partner.
Choose “For Agencies” if you are claiming or managing an Agency profile.
Keep these routes visually and technically distinct.
You can search using a reference brand, a creative profile or agency name, a broad business category, or the creative expertise you need. Examples include Nike, WWWonder, Sport and Web Design; you only need to type the name, category or expertise, not a full sentence.
The rotating sentences in the search bar are examples of useful terms. Results are a starting point rather than a guarantee that a creative partner is right for a project.

Reference-brand search lets users describe the kind of creative work or brand world they are looking for using a familiar brand.
It can help surface Agencies whose work, capabilities or experience may align with that direction.
It does not suggest that every result has worked with or is endorsed by the reference brand.
A category describes the type of business, audience or market connected with the project, such as Sport, Beauty, Restaurant, Finance or Transport.
Creative expertise describes the skill or service required, such as Web Design, Brand Strategy, Copywriting, Graphic Design or Content Creation. Using both can narrow the directory to partners relevant to the business being built and the work required.
%Finder is a guided discovery tool that helps you find potentially relevant creative partners based on the information you provide. It can consider criteria such as category, expertise, reference brands and other supported requirements before returning eligible matches.
%Finder is a discovery aid, not a procurement decision or professional recommendation. Results may use automated or AI-assisted matching and can occasionally be incomplete or unsuitable, so review profiles and carry out your own assessment before appointing anyone.
Use filters to narrow the directory around practical requirements such as discipline, location and other available criteria.
Start broad and add only the filters that genuinely matter to the project.
Daily Ten is a changing selection of eligible creative profiles designed to encourage regular exploration and give different work room to surface.
It is not a ranking, accreditation or guarantee that a profile is suitable for a particular project.
The Leaderboard presents eligible profiles using OpenPitch’s current organic performance methodology. It uses a rolling 90-day performance view with a 30-day half-life so recent eligible activity is more useful for showing current momentum.
Paid Boost activity is excluded from the organic Leaderboard. Position is not a measure of creative quality or a guarantee of suitability.
Surprise me introduces users to an eligible Agency they might not otherwise find.
It is designed for open-ended exploration and discovering new creative work.
“Boosted” identifies a paid placement. The Agency has used a Boost credit to increase its opportunity to appear in that position.
A Boosted label is not an endorsement or a guarantee that the Agency is suitable for a project.
New applicants are reviewed by a person before acceptance into the directory. This human inclusion review considers the relevance, quality and presentation of the work, allowing freelancers and smaller studios to be assessed alongside larger agencies.
Human-vetted does not mean legal, financial or commercial due diligence, ownership verification, accreditation, endorsement or a guarantee of suitability. Some profiles may be unclaimed and contain information from public or authorised sources; an unclaimed profile does not mean its owner approved the listing. Review the profile, speak directly with the creative partner and carry out your own checks.
A verified label only confirms the specific point described, such as control of an account or website.
It does not guarantee an Agency’s financial position, availability, insurance, conduct or ability to deliver a project.
OpenPitch may use AI-assisted tools to support search, classification and matching.
These features are discovery aids and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review the Agency profile and speak directly with the Agency before making a decision.
Consider:
- The relevance and quality of its work
- Its capabilities
- Sector experience
- Its approach
- Location and availability
- Fit with your team
- Likely compatibility with your budget
Before appointing an Agency, discuss the scope, fees, timing, deliverables, ownership, revisions and approval process directly with it.
Select the bookmark control on an Agency card or profile to add it to Saved. If you are not signed in, OpenPitch should invite you to create or access a free “Find an Agency” account.
Saved profiles are private to your discovery account. Saving does not notify the creative partner or affect its ranking, %Discovery, click allocation, referral performance or Boost allocation.
Saved is a broad collection of profiles you want to keep. Shortlist is for the smaller group you are actively considering for a project.
Profiles can move between the sections without losing a private note. Saving, shortlisting and adding notes do not affect organic ranking, %Discovery, click allocation, referral performance or Boost allocation.
Users can add a private text note to a Saved or Shortlisted profile. Notes can record relevant work, people to contact, questions to ask or suitability for a project.
Notes are visible only to the finder through normal platform use. Do not store passwords, card or payment information, access credentials or unauthorised confidential material. Notes do not affect ranking, %Discovery, click allocation, referral performance or Boost allocation.
No. Notes are private to the finder’s discovery account during normal OpenPitch use and are not displayed to the Agency. Do not store passwords, card details, access credentials or unauthorised confidential material in them.
No. Saving, shortlisting or adding private notes does not change an Agency’s organic ranking, %Discovery, verified organic click allocation, referral performance or Boost allocation. These actions are for the finder’s organisation and do not increase visibility.
Use the website or contact links available on the Agency profile.
Communication and project discussions take place directly between the user and the Agency. OpenPitch does not negotiate or approve the engagement.
No. OpenPitch does not take a commission from work agreed between a user and an Agency.
The Agency’s fees, payment schedule and commercial terms should be agreed directly between both parties.
The user and the Agency are responsible for agreeing:
- Scope
- Fees
- Timings
- Deliverables
- Intellectual-property ownership
- Confidentiality
- Revisions
- Payment and approval terms
WWWONDER LTD and OpenPitch are not parties to that agreement.
Any complaint or dispute concerning Agency work must be handled directly between the user and the Agency.
OpenPitch is not required to mediate project disputes, although users can report suspected misuse of the platform or a breach of the OpenPitch Terms of Use.
The Agency may no longer be eligible for a general discovery surface, its profile may have changed or the current filters may exclude it.
Try searching for the Agency by name. Previously Saved or Shortlisted Agencies should remain accessible unless the profile has been removed.
