OpenPitch Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how WWWONDER LTD uses cookies and similar technologies (like local storage and session storage) on OpenPitch. We use these technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and optionally understand how people use our directory.

2. Essential storage

Some storage is strictly necessary for OpenPitch to function. You cannot opt out of these essential technologies because the service would break without them.

  • Authentication: Clerk securely sets cookies to manage your signed-in session and protect your account from unauthorised access.
  • Theme and preferences: We use local storage to remember whether you prefer light or dark mode.
  • Consent state: We use local storage to record whether you have granted or denied permission for optional analytics, along with the current policy version. (Acceptance of our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice is recorded securely on our servers, not in local storage.)

3. Optional analytics and related searches

We load Google Analytics 4 and optional browser error reporting only if you explicitly grant permission through our consent notice. Umami analytics also follows that choice.

  • Usage analytics: Umami and Google Analytics 4 measure page views and selected actions. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies and process pseudonymous device information. We do not send account IDs, agency IDs, search terms, or form content to Google Analytics.
  • Browser error reports: With your permission, Sentry receives limited error type and code-location information to help us fix failures; we exclude form entries, account identifiers and request contents. Server errors are monitored separately without sending request contents.
  • Related search attribution: If you allow analytics, we temporarily store your current search term in session storage. This helps us understand which search suggestions lead to agency discoveries. It is cleared when you close your browser tab.
  • Bookmark attribution: If you allow analytics, we temporarily store the page and placement where you selected a bookmark. This helps us understand which bookmark placements lead to account choices. It does not include the Agency name or identifier and is cleared after you choose an account type or close your browser tab.

Note: Replit injected analytics are disabled on OpenPitch to ensure no untracked third-party cookies are set.

4. Universal explicit consent

We require explicit, opt-in consent before running non-essential analytics or browser error reporting. We do not assume consent from your continued browsing. You can withdraw permission at any time; future optional events stop and Google Analytics cookies are cleared from this site where possible.

5. Change your choices

You can update your cookie preferences or withdraw your consent for optional analytics at any time by selecting the button below or using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer of any page.
